ReddishWeb is a trading name of Lothringer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide website design and hosting services for UK businesses. Lothringer Ltd is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when submitting our contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Information about your enquiry

We also collect anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics when you consent to cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data

We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, share it with third parties, or store it in a database. Enquiry emails are delivered to our internal mailbox via Microsoft Azure Communication Services and are subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

Legal basis for processing

We process your contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to a request you have initiated. Analytics data is processed only with your explicit consent.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not maintain a separate database of enquiries. If you would like your data removed, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our hosting infrastructure is provided by Microsoft Azure in UK data centres, which maintains ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance.
